Effective January 2024, Data Innovations (“DI”) will no longer post the Microsoft® Operating System (“OS”) patch updates to the My DI Community or the Customer Web Portal. Instead, we will immediately post and inform our business partners and customers about any discovered or reported known issues identified with any OS Patch update.
DI recommends that customers apply OS patches as soon as possible as they are made available.
DI will continue to test our applications with the latest OS Patch updates and will inform our customers if there are any discovered issues along with providing any guidance for remediation. As always, please report any DI application issues to Customer Support or please reach out if there are questions.
