What is the SOC 2 report?

A description of the Data Innovations controls environment and external audit of Data Innovations controls that meet the AICPA Trust Services Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Privacy Criteria

What’s the primary report purpose?

To provide customers and users with a business need with an independent assessment of Data Innovatons’ control environment relevant to system security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy.

Which Data Innovations products are in scope for the SOC reports?

Currently our cloud solutions are in scope for our SOC reports. This is for our Lab GPS product.

Who performs the independent third-party audit of Data Innovations for the SOC Report?

Crowe LLP performs the Data Innovations SOC 2 audit.

How often are the SOC reports issued and when can I expect a new report to be released?

Data Innovations issues the SOC 2 reports once per year. Each report covers a 6 month period (January 1- June 30). New SOC reports are released approximately 6-7 weeks after the end of the audit period (mid-August for SOC 2).

How do I request a SOC 2 Report?

The Data Innovations SOC 2 is available upon request through the submission of this form. Customers may also sign in to My DI Community to obtain a copy of this report.
